Just Checked - the email address has never appeared anywhere on the internet - though there is 1 rather distasteful website referring a daryl21. Do not trust it. Any real Journo would have their ID all over the place.

I am a freelance journalist working three days-a-week at the Southwark news. So in fact have no connections with the mugger.

Although the story is about a robbery, there is quite a positive outcome therefore making it a good story for the paper.

As for the email address, I don't work at the paper permanently so I haven't been issued a Southwark news email address.
