Flexible Creche / Co-working Space - Thoughts??

Has anyone heard / used this flexible creche with co-working space?

It is in Clerkenwell so perhaps not so useful for a majority of ED parents but i think its a great idea and i would love to have something like this around here

There is something like that in Putney, which has been around for a bit more years. And won awards.
