Rosanne
Very small part of house roof is leaking in this heavy rain. A cracked tile we think, not too high up. Can anyone recommend a reliable roofer who could sort out the problem? mollywynnowen
We can highly recommend Rob Campbell. We called him a few months ago to urgently address a serious leak. He came out-of-hours and didn't charge an extra fee. He was extremely conscientious and meticulous in sorting the problem. He did an outstanding job. He was absolutely lovely to deal with as well! 07908 516 867[email protected] Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/200861-leaking-roof/#findComment-1270349 Share on other sites
Monkey
Really good to know, Molly. Thanks. There are a lot of dishonest roofers about - hubby literally threw one out of the house last month - so will keep Robert?s details preciously. mollywynnowen
He really was great. I should add that he was a fraction of the price of other people we spoke to, given he didn't charge an hourly call out rate but rather just quoted for the job (a total of ?70 for a Friday night at 9pm and he was then at the house for several hours). At the time, we had tenants living in the house and we were abroad. He followed up with me by phone and email numerous times and did an excellent job of explaining the problem, along with pictures. The tenants raved about how polite he was. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/200861-leaking-roof/#findComment-1270403 Share on other sites
