Hello- if you are looking for trustworthy and botherless tenants you've found us!

Myself and my friend are looking to rent a 2 bed garden flat, converted shed, lodging, house share, anything! We both work in the area and want to stay living and working in the community. Our current places are coming to an end in October so we want to line something up ASAP.

We are early 30s professionals, non-smokers, clean and calm.

We have great references from work and our previous landlords. We also have up to 2 more friends looking if you have somewhere bigger available.

He’s communicative and punctual, goes the extra mile in helping assess options and recommending potential products, and his work is of a high standard. His rates are fair and he explains them ahead of time, including being honest when there’s uncertainty over how much work / time is required. Thanks Leon!

  I've used Carlton Jefferson before and will go back. VERY old school (aka non fancy premises etc) but very knowledgeable with over 30years experience.
