My partner and I are looking for a bit more space for us and our baby girl from the end of September or early October. We need 2 beds, can be furnished or unfurnished.

Ideal location is between Peckham Rye and Lordship Lane or at the top of the park towards Honor Oak because our childminder is there. Garden (can be shared) and place to store bikes needed. Definitely no higher than first floor unless there's a lift.

I work as a Senior Policy and Comms Officer for Lambeth Council and my partner is self employed with his own business based in Peckham. Good references can be provided.

Our budget is around ?1600pcm. Looking for a comfortable long-term let so we can be settled and save for a few years.

If you have anything suitable please get in touch. I'm on maternity till the end of August so can currently view during the day.

    • AHH it's been a really difficult season for growing trees, there is bound to be a shortage.  Too much rain, too much snow, too cold, too warm, too dry.  That will explain the high costs.  Well that is what they say every year. They are already out in car parks and the like.  Local schools do them as well.  We will get our Lidl one out in a couple of weeks or so from the garden.  Remember a 🎄 is not just for Christmas
