Have you tried Ramblers? Walk all over the place and if you don't drive can use PT to get to destination. Been on various walks with Bromley lot. Also, if you go to meetups, there is a guy there who organises both weekday and weekend walks of various lengths. Any age group can join. Two walks I went on both quite large, were very friendly and multi national as well. Always finds cheap pubs for refreshments but not compulsory!
