Hello, we're a family of 3 and have just refurbished our house and built a loft extension and are considering renting out new loft bedroom, with a private bathroom attached, preferably during the week only so we can spend our weekends as a family. The shared facilities are all new too and well equipped and the house is large enough for everyone to enjoy good levels of privacy. We have a reasonable sized garden too. We're friendly and respectful and enjoy meetng new people. We're located near Goose Green and would be looking to welcome someone from mid September. Please PM me for details. Thanks

  Leon has done two pieces of work for me recently and I recommend him highly. He’s communicative and punctual, goes the extra mile in helping assess options and recommending potential products, and his work is of a high standard. His rates are fair and he explains them ahead of time, including being honest when there’s uncertainty over how much work / time is required. Thanks Leon!

  I've used Carlton Jefferson before and will go back. VERY old school (aka non fancy premises etc) but very knowledgeable with over 30years experience.
