Does not come cheap but worth every penny in my opinion if you have problems with baby latching on but want to breastfeed, or are returning to work while breastfeeding. I combination-fed my daughter for six months with this fantastic pump. Comes complete with icepack for storing milk bottles and tote bag. I do not have the Calma teat anymore (my daughter didn't like it, she preferred normal bottles and teats) but I've added a couple of extra Medela milk bottles.

Selling for 70 pounds from smoke and pet free home near North Dulwich station.
