?550 near Honor Oak Park East Dulwich, London

A bright, airy room available in a newly decorated non smoking flat. While the flat is a spacious three bed you need only share it with two other person, the owner and another occupier.

The flat is located near parks, the Horniman Museum as well as vibrant shops, restaurants and cafes in Dulwich, Honor Oak and Forest Hill areas. It is in walking distance of Honor Oak station which offers quick access to the city, Victoria and London Bridge. Convenient to go to Gatwick airport if you are a world traveller.

The bus stop opposite the flat provides regular services to Peckham Rye, Elephant and Castle and Kings Cross.

As for me, I am a friendly, clean and tidy person who does not keep pets. I seek a female tenant with a similar lifestyle. The monthly rent includes council tax and wifi with the exception of telephone calls. You can relax and no need to worry about water, electricity and gas bills.

Parking is available free on first come first serve basis. Street parking.

I seek a female professional so unfortunately definitely no male, couples or children.

I require a reference from work, Or previous landlord. A month's deposit (?550) and a month's rent to be paid in advance.

    • There was some discussion about that on here when White Stuff closed, but I can't see how to link to it. If you do a search on Oliver Bonas the posts will come up. One said Oliver Bonas was closing as well, and another one said it might now take over the White Stuff site. But that was quite a while ago, so who knows.
    • Thanks Ianr.  I've attached a screenshot of the bit where East Dulwich is mentioned. But why are they still calling it East Dulwich delivery office? It hasn't been in East Dulwich since the delivery office in Sylvester Road was closed. I wonder what "targeted support" they are providing to the East Dulwich aka Peckham office, and what "challenges" they think it has?
    • Well it's a pity that Mother Nature doesn't do her bit a bit faster round here 🤣
    • They used to send me a letter every year but I don't get them any more. Perhaps ask in the shop?
