Hi

Looking to rent a place while our house is undergoing refurb from mid Sept for 2-3 months.

We have two small children so looking for ground floor and preferably a garden too.

We also have a cat.

We would like to be near Ivydale Road for children's childcare.

Ideally looking for at least partly furnished (we appreciate we would need to supply own cot/high chair etc..)

He’s communicative and punctual, goes the extra mile in helping assess options and recommending potential products, and his work is of a high standard.   I've used Carlton Jefferson before and will go back. VERY old school (aka non fancy premises etc) but very knowledgeable with over 30years experience.
