Looking for two people to move into a lovely 3 bedroom flat in East Dulwich (Wood vale) at the end of August. They are double rooms. The property includes a kitchen, bathroom, , toilet and living room with balcony.

One room-?490

Another slightly larger-?500

Some bills included

-council tax (?40 month each)

-Water/elec (?80 each every 4 months)

-WiFi (?6 month each)

Ideally more long term

He’s communicative and punctual, goes the extra mile in helping assess options and recommending potential products, and his work is of a high standard. His rates are fair and he explains them ahead of time, including being honest when there’s uncertainty over how much work / time is required. Thanks Leon!

  Garlic & Chilli (Chilli & Garlic?) on Zenoria St. Small takeaway. Never heard of them before. Little bit hidden though on Zenoria, wish them well.

  I've used Carlton Jefferson before and will go back. VERY old school (aka non fancy premises etc) but very knowledgeable with over 30years experience.
