Large retro / dated 60s/70s/80s living room & kitchen opening onto garden sought for 1 day filming

Hi, I'm a local filmmaker and I'm looking for a location I might be able to film in for a small production - we have a maximum cast & crew of 15 people, and 1 day filming, if possible on Saturday 11th August. I'm looking for somewhere within Greater London (doesn't have to be East Dulwich) that's got a retro / dated look - ideally a 1970s look but 1960s or 1980s would also work. We need a fairly large kitchen and a large living room that opens onto a garden. I'm hoping perhaps someone's grandparents might have a place that hasn't been updated much since the 60s or 70s! We can pay a fee for the day obviously (amount may depend on whether it's furnished) and will be fully insured and obviously will have contracts to state that everything will be left as it was found. Any help much appreciated.

    • As a result of the Horizon scandal it now seems very clear that the Post Office management are highly disingenuous and not be trusted!  There needs to be a campaign launched to challenge the threatened closure, unless the Post Office can demonstrate beyond doubt that the branch is loss making - and even then it could argued that better management could address this. I hope the local media take this up and our MP  and a few demonstrations outside wouldn’t do any harm. Bad publicity can be very effective!
    • Unlikely. It would take a little more than a bit of Milton to alter the pH of eighty-odd thousand gallons of water.
    • It actually feels as though what I said is being analytically analysed word by word, almost letter by better. I really don't believe that I should have to explain myself to the level it seems someone wants me to. Clearly someones been watching way too much Big Brother.
    • Sadly they don't do the full range of post office services
