Meditation classes for primary school age children

Can any one recommend a meditation class or teacher for an 8yr old?

He?s showing an interest and we think it could boost his concentration at school, as well as the other benefits.

My kids love the meditation gonoodle clips that they do at school I just did a quick search and there seems that be some wind down clips on YouTube (they also do active stuff so you need to include meditation in the search). Not exactly what you asked for but a start.

They are not on over the holidays, but I can really recommend Wise Kids Yoga - they do mindfulness activities and some meditation within the yoga sessions.

"sitting still like a frog" - comes as a book and CD but some of the meditation exercises are free on various websites too.
