I'm renting out my room in my houseshare off Lordship Lane for August. Rent includes bills AND lots of lovely organic Able & Cole food, cat, sunny garden full of tomatoes and courgettes and the world's loveliest housemates! I can heartily recommend all things :) Half an hour bike ride to Waterloo, easy distance from Denmark Hill, Peckham Rye, East Dulwich stations (overground & train).

?620 (including bills and food) for the month

  Just walked back from DV to Lordship Lane and wandered through the estate on EDG. There's a tree surgeon pruning the trees there (council funded for sure) and it just seems a bit bizarre as the stumps that are left are far from attractive. I would that thought that replacement was what was really needed here. Appreciate that funds are tight but really is there not a better option ?

  If you have an accountant ask them, as common to have registered address as accountants address. Hope this helps
