Dc makes a good point about abortion still being illegal but that's just a matter of time as the fear of hell that was prevalent in ireland has gone. The church has it's hand in too many parts of the state but it's a shadow of what it was 30 years ago. And Ireland is better for it

I wasn't comparing directly to saudi, but again the comparison holds. Devoutness tends to slip away when external influence is allowed. That applies to Countries like china too where it's not so much about religion

Too be honest. We all agree I'm sure that women are terrible drivers compared to men, its unfair really.
