Hi there,

I'm looking for a studio or one bedroom flat in East Dulwich starting beginning of August, ideally a long-term let.

My budget is around ?900-1,100 depending on the flat and location. I would ideally like to be close to East Dulwich or Peckham Rye station.

I'm a 31-year-old professional working in digital marketing. I've lived in East Dulwich for almost a decade and love the area so would like to stay here for my next chapter.

I can do viewings after 7pm and all day on weekends.

  AHH it's been a really difficult season for growing trees, there is bound to be a shortage. Too much rain, too much snow, too cold, too warm, too dry. That will explain the high costs. Well that is what they say every year. They are already out in car parks and the like. Local schools do them as well. We will get our Lidl one out in a couple of weeks or so from the garden. Remember a 🎄 is not just for Christmas
