I'm currently looking for a 1 bedroom flat to rent in the East Dulwich, Peckham, Nunhead, Brockley or New Cross Gate area for myself

Budget: ?1100 Max

Move In: September (can be flexible)

Ideally furnished or part furnished with a good sized kitchen as I love to cook.

I'm a homeowner currently selling my property but it's taking longer than anticipated so looking somewhere to call home for at least a year or longer. I am very tidy and clean and would take care of the place.
