I'm currently looking for a 1 bedroom flat to rent in the East Dulwich, Peckham, Nunhead, Brockley or New Cross Gate area for myself

Budget: ?1100 Max

Move In: September (can be flexible)

Ideally furnished or part furnished with a good sized kitchen as I love to cook.

I'm a homeowner currently selling my property but it's taking longer than anticipated so looking somewhere to call home for at least a year or longer. I am very tidy and clean and would take care of the place.

I moved to London almost 20 years ago, starting out in TV and publishing. I now work in technology now building websites and apps. I love yoga, meditation and swimming. I have a few friends in the area and would like to stay in the south.

  AHH it's been a really difficult season for growing trees, there is bound to be a shortage. Too much rain, too much snow, too cold, too warm, too dry. That will explain the high costs. Well that is what they say every year. They are already out in car parks and the like. Local schools do them as well. We will get our Lidl one out in a couple of weeks or so from the garden. Remember a 🎄 is not just for Christmas
