Any Football holiday clubs for a 15 years old?

Just wondering if there are any football/sports holiday clubs for a 15 years old boy?

I can only find for up to 12-14 years old.

on the Millwall site,there is a Dulwich Village one going up to age 16

Athenlay do one, but I think this is only up to age 14
