Help fixing TV

Hi, this is an odd one and I?m not sure who can help! We have a Samsung TV upstairs which is not connected to Sky (like our one downstairs). It plugs in to an aerial socket. Gradually we have been loosing channels - they go all pixilated and eventually nothing. It started with BBC 1 and then all bbc channels and now itv and various others. We?ve tried trying but it doesn?t pick them up. Can anyone identify what we need to do so we can get the problem fixed please??! Does the aerial on the roof need looking at??

Thanks.

Hi,

I run Aerial Services and I'm sure we can help. I can send one of my guys round to take a look at it for you. We're based in Vauxhall but I live in East Dulwich so I always take an interest in anything in the area. There's absolutely no charge to simply take a look and we can see what you need. If you'd like to give me a call at the office my number is 020 7582 8888,

Many thanks

Johnny

    • I don't mind getting the ball rolling, but there would have to be more organisers than just me 🤣 I've got more than enough to do already. Also as I often don't recognise faces or remember names, I wouldn't be an ideal person (though in the old days, we had labels with our forum names on, if memory serves)  Sorry admin, I've gone well off topic.
    • There was a brief discussion on the Lounge about the good old days of the Forum and the drinks where people with differing views seemed to get on fine with each other.  Can't find it or I would give you the link @Earl Aelfheah or @Sephiroth I think one of you had said something along these lines.  Yes go for it Sue!
