Afternoon activities which cater for 2.5y and 4.5 year olds

Does anyone know of any fun activities which allow 2.5y and 4.5y olds join in. My eldest has recently started school so rather than putting her into after school clubs (which are quite booked up) I wanted to find something she can attend with her brother whom is 2 years younger. A lot of activities I have looked at start at 3y.

If anyone know of something that would be great! :))
