Nanny required from September

Recommended Posts

Hi, we are looking for a new part-time nanny fron the start of September. Mon-Thurs each week (inclding school holidays), min 3 hours per day. Term time likely to be drop off to school and school bus in Dulwich Village, then collect from Dulwich village and bring back to East Dulwich, possibly start supper for the kids. We live in East Dulwich and have 2 children, ages 10yr and 8yrs. Hours needed would be 7:30am-8:30am and then 4pm-6pm although there is some flexibility to these hours (eg could be 3:30-5:30pm instead or could look to extend/reduce hours slightly if required).

Please let me know if you might be interested, thank you and look forward to hearing from you.

Hi there,

My name is Phoebe Theodorou and I am a 22 year old graduate from East Dulwich. I am looking for nannying work starting September as I would of just finished further studying. I am a very reliable, sensible and caring individual, and absolutely love looking after children.

I have lots of babysitting experience caring for children from as young as 1 years of age to 10 years, as I have been babysitting since I was 15. Furthermore, I have three young siblings who I also care for too.

I have references within the Dulwich area if you would like to contact the parents of children I have looked after.

I would be available full time from September and can even extend the hours you are asking for if necessary. Please would it be possible to give a rough idea on the pay.

Kind Regards,

Phoebe

Surely rather than dealing with a few piles of dog poo on request on an as and when basis they need to find some way of addressing the whole problem? What do other boroughs/countries do? Have things got worse since COVID, when the dog population seems to have quadrupled round here? Did some people acquire dogs without thinking through the less cuddly aspects of ownership? Could dogs be trained to use a litter tray and/or bury their own poo, like cats do? 🤣 (That was a joke, btw).

    • They could refund tix already bought though, couldn't they? We did this recently when we had to reschedule a gig due to the headliner's serious illness. That was a bit different because people had the option to transfer their tix to the new date when confirmed. But in  theory everybody could have got a refund, though in practice only a few people took that option up.
