House for rent in Dulwich - short/long term

We have a large 5 bedroom house with a large private garden a couple of minutes from North Dulwich station, and are taking an extended absence from the UK from around the beginning of August. We would like to rent the house out while we are away ? and would be willing to consider both short and long term lets.

The decor of the house is quite dated - we bought it with the intention of doing it up but the works will now happen on our return. However we (a family of four with two small children) have lived here very happily for a couple of years. We would be happy to reflect the condition of the decor in the rent (plus that one bedroom would be used for storage while we are away).
