Wanted - local family looking for short term rental from Sept 3-4 months

We are a local family based in ED, and we are looking to rent somewhere for 3-4 months from Sept while building works are ongoing. We are looking for 2-3 bedrooms with a garden ideally but flexible whether this is a flat or a house.

We would still need to travel via public transport to Tulse Hill/West Dulwich area for schools.

Hello, I have a 2 bed flat available with or without furniture - how old are your children? I don?t have carpet so not sure how child friendly it would be for you! Thanks Natalie
