Double Bed available in a 4 bed house share.

The bedroom is spacious and comes furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe/chest of drawers.

The house has a large kitchen diner, a bathroom, a separate toilet room, and a garden.

Situated in New Cross, a 10 minute walk from both New Cross and New Cross Gate stations (8 minutes to Brockley station and 15 minutes to St Johns station). Situated in zone 2 (7 minutes to London Bridge by train),DLR access is also a 10 minutes walk to Deptford station.

The room is ?640 which includes all bills, including TV license and a weekly cleaner.
