Nursery too hot

Hi All,

Please tell me how your child?s nursery is dealing with the hot weather.

My child is just starting at a local nursery and the babies room is absolutely boiling, no fans and the windows don?t open properly for safety reasons.

Are there any guidelines for maximum temperatures in nurseries?

That's crazy. Our nursery has brought extra free standing air con units and has fans. They get them outside in the shade as much as possible too (I know that's harder in the baby rooms).

Plus lots of water play and trips to shaded parks.
