The flat has a large living room with floor to ceiling windows, a wrap around balcony with views of the city and laminate flooring. It?s stunning watching the sunset and the city illuminate from afar at night and great to use the balcony in summer.

There is a reasonably sized shared kitchen with a fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard space.

It has a large bathroom with bath and shower.

There is lots of communal storage space as well as private cupboard storage in the bedroom.

We?re a friendly couple in our mid-20s who have shared a room in the flat for the last year.
