I just wanted to ask if anyone finds a Navy blue Nike rucksack in the vicinity of East Dulwich Road, it may belong to me!

Please email [email protected] or PM me. It would just have a white cardigan, make up and a teeshirt in it now.

I work in a shop on East Dulwich Road and two men came in yesterday afternoon, while one distracted me, the other pinched my bag from behind the counter (not a clever place to leave it I realise).

The men used my card at an off-licence shortly afterwards before I reported my card stolen. Both were white, middle aged, one was tall with a shaven head, few teeth and slightly stooped, heavily built with a beer belly wearing a bright green tee shirt. The other man was thinner, short brown hair, unshaven and wearing a pale shirt. I think they may of handed my card onto a third person to use in the shop.

Many thanks!

My friend ( a woman in her 70s) was followed by a middle aged man from East Dulwich Grove to Worlingham Road a few weeks ago. He followed her into 2 shops and she thought she had shaken off, but he reappeared by the Goose Green Roundabout and followed her again. She eventually turned to face him and asked him if he needed help or directions, he then ran off. We told her to notify the police as this was off behaviour.

    • And just by coincidence I tried to scan the cheques in to my account today but the app wouldn't scan so my bank told me I would have to go to a branch or to the post office as they couldn't work out what the problem was. Hah!
    • No and Wes Streeting is heading in this direction because he knows the NHS is broken and was never built to cope with the demands currently being placed on it. A paid-for approach in some shape or form, and massive reforms, is the only way the NHS can survive - neither of which the left or unions will be pleased about.
    • Labour talks about, and hopefully will do something about, the determinants of poor health.  They're picked up the early Sunak policy on smoking and vapes.  Let's see how far they tackle obesity and inactivity. I'd rather the money was spent on these any other interventions eg mental health, social care and SEN, rather than seeing the NHS as income generating.
    • I think it's connected with the totem pole renovation celebrations They have passed now, but the notice has been there since then (at least that's when I first saw it - I passed it on the 484 and also took a photo!)
