Baby yoga at the EDT on Tuesday at 11.15am

Recommended Posts

Baby yoga is a fun and interactive class for babies from 8 weeks until 12months.

The sessions are designed to help your baby's development - strengthening muscles that they need to reach developmental milestones such as sitting, crawling and standing. They are very relaxed classes and baby led so I adapt the classes each week. All the moves and stretches are non-harmful and lots of fun.

The classes are run nearly every tuesday at the EDT pub on Lordship lane at 11.15. I tend to run my classes in quite a concentrated format (lasting approx. 35 - 45mins) so parents tend to find their babies are ready for a long nap afterwards - leaving you time for a delicious lunch downstairs at the pub.

If you would like to join for a session please email - [email protected]

Classes are ?10 per session with 50% off your first class or you can buy a pack of 5 for ?40.

    • Another recommendation for Leon.  He responded quickly to my phone call and came round this evening to fix some broken LED lights in my house.  He is very knowledgeable and had lots of good advice about other electrical work I need doing so will be using him again soon.  He is friendly and punctual and I have no hesitation in recommending him.
    • It was a medical emergency. Not sure why LFB would be there, unless there was a separate incident.
    • I think Earl makes a very good point that needs considering here - idling cars left that junction 4 years ago (and this is a good thing) but since then the council has spent more and more money on redesigning the junction over and over again. The question remains, and to Earl's point about the cars going 4 years ago and the fact every works has been just to tweak the design - you have to ask why? Can anyone pinpoint what has changed to warrant the £1.5m of tax-payers money - it seems to me all they have done is increase the risk to pedestrians, slowed down emergency service access and removed parking which is of detrimental impact to the shops. Oh and put in really expensive and environmentally unfriendly paving and added a couple of new benches and new traffic lights.
