Short-term summer let available in Brockley - All of August

Our lovely 3 bedroom home in Brockley is available for short-term let (furnished) from 1st August to 1st September. It is set up well for a young family (we have a 1 yo, 4 yo and 5 yo). The house is modern, open plan and has a large garden. It is a short walk to both Ladywell and Crofton Park stations and 5 minutes walk to Hilly Fields and Ladywell Fields. It would suit a family of 4-6 who may need somewhere to stay whilst renovating their own home or anyone who has family visiting London over the summer. We are looking for ?2500 including bills but open to reasonable offers.

  AHH it's been a really difficult season for growing trees, there is bound to be a shortage. Too much rain, too much snow, too cold, too warm, too dry. That will explain the high costs. Well that is what they say every year. They are already out in car parks and the like. Local schools do them as well. We will get our Lidl one out in a couple of weeks or so from the garden. Remember a 🎄 is not just for Christmas
