Cars going down Silvester road too fast

If anyone lives in Silvester Road. Cars going down too fast early in the morning and in the evening. Does anyone have any ideas on what do do?

Please report this to your local Police and give a description of car(s) and driver (if seen) I gather that there have been other complaints re reckless driving in this area but Police require more details.
