Newly, completely refurbished 1 bed flat with garden available UNFURNISHED for short let whilst its protracted sale goes through.

It is situated between Catford and Forest Hill, lower ground floor flat in a Victorian semi-detached - exact length of availability not entirely clear at moment, and as I say is unfurnished, but might suit someone in temporary need?

Happy to negotiate price, not asking for market rates. Can forward on pictures if anyone is interested

  AHH it's been a really difficult season for growing trees, there is bound to be a shortage. Too much rain, too much snow, too cold, too warm, too dry. That will explain the high costs. Well that is what they say every year. They are already out in car parks and the like. Local schools do them as well. We will get our Lidl one out in a couple of weeks or so from the garden. Remember a 🎄 is not just for Christmas
