Piano teacher

Hello,

Being a keen music enthusiast and having had the opportunity to learn a variety of instruments, my role as a piano teacher is something I thoroughly enjoy. Having played the piano for 14 years (classically trained with 1 year experience in jazz) and teaching according to the Associated Board of the Royal School of Music (ABRSM) for 1 year, I adopt an idiographic teaching method in an attempt to best accommodate all learning styles for all ages. As such, the foundation of lessons can range from traditional to more contemporary and creative formats, all of which are dependent on what's most efficient and pragmatic for each pupil when learning both the practical and theoretical elements of music. Taking a committed and dedicated approach, my ultimate goal is to ensure each pupil is provided with the necessary tools and knowledge base to progress with the piano whilst simultaneously taking a growing interest and positive attitude towards learning.

If you're still interested in lessons, please e-mail me for more details regarding lesson times, location and pricing.

Thank you,

Nia James

    • Dog licenses were abolished in 1987. Before Britain changed to decimal currency they cost 7 shillings and 6 pence which became 37p. They were scrapped as they were unenforceable and cost more to collect than they raised.
    • This was posted last Saturday by Jb. "No the collections were separate, although both funds transferred to his brother, Asif. You could pop in and speak to his brother if you wanted more details but I believe they plan to fund a well in Africa. Thanks if you donated, the brothers were very grateful and touched."
    • it would seem very likely that they are trying it on if it their area - ie not a responsibility of the freehold. The freehold would cover the building structure (walls, foundation, roof) - possibly freeholder would have responsibility for the front door - if so, does the freeholder have the windows? Usually grey area in a lease so you could look at past instances - who has paid for window replacement, front door to be painted etc?
    • Thanks for these comments. Very helpful. The porch and hallway shows on their lease plan but we share the freehold together.
