Builder recommendation for garage conversion

Hi all,

I?m looking for a builder to come and have a look at a property I?m looking to buy and give me a rough estimate of cost to convert an integral garage into a living space, including taking down a wall, with a view to getting a full quote for the work after exchange of contracts.
