Builder/ Roofer/ external repairs

Hi,

I am looking for someone to repoint brickwork on a victorian house,fix chimney stacks, replace flashings on the roof, repair rainwater goods, overhaul sash windows and sills so they no longer leak from the outside and let rain through and all do all external and internal decoration.

Looking for strong recomendaions only!

Not sure if I need a general building company or specialist individual people for this?

All advice also welcome from people who have done similar to their houses.
