According to map, it should hit portsmouth , and head up the west coast towards north, we may get verry high winds tho, but its got a mind of its own, it was supposed to hit the states but changed direction to uk.

No problem then. Once it hits Portsmouth it'll get so pissed it will wander around in circles before throwing up all over Kent.

gees, you made it sound like a horror movie, lol. just had a look at telegraph http://www.telegraph.co.uk/topics/weather/8754681/Britain-braces-itself-for-Katia.html

looks like its changeing and gonna hit scotland first.

here you can view the storm live on radar http://www.stormpulse.com/

click on dots on the graph and will show you estimated time looks like its heading to scotland and straight over it.

if you dont see it you have to look at summary bottom left and see when the radar is active with name of storm it should light up red,

I can't see any estimated times, but I make it at 47.7 degrees West at 9pm BST Saturday (Advisory 50), and moving at approximately one degree of longitude an hour. For the London area the most the Met Office is currently predicting during the next three days is winds of 19mph, gusting to 38mph.

Just discoverd the Stormpulse forecasts, in a Discussion section: http://www.stormpulse.com/message/201112/30/50

"72H 13/1200Z 61.0N 1.0W 50 KT 60 MPH...POST-TROP/EXTRATROP"

72 Hours from when? Well, the INIT time report shows the 47.7W data, as for the above Advisory 50 of 9pm yesterday. .

They say that's the last forecast they'll issue. They don't issue any for systems east of zero degrees longitude, and recommend the Met Office. Lerwick is 60.2N.

yeah, i must of just got the link in time, the line was attached all the way to scotland, hitting northen ireland and scotland, when i clicked on scotland, winds were supose to be 70 mph moving at 54 mph, and to arive in uk between monday and tuesday heading towards norway but from cape reece to uk winds were slowing down.

but if the papers are telling the truth it's supose to be 100 miles wide, it may get a bit windy in dulwich.

but it could change direction again.
