Hi everyone

I am in urgent need of a flat to rent out from early August onwards.

Ideally a 1 bedroom flat, or 2 bed, depending on the price. Up to 1300 or a bit more if inclusive of any bills.

Anything in Nunhead or surrounding areas (East Dulwich, Denmark Hill, Telegraph Hill, Honor Oak) would be great, as long as it's close to a train station.

If you know of/have something to rent out, please get in touch.

  I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to kindly ask for your assistance regarding a car break-in that occurred today, around 2 PM, on Carson Road. A couple of bags (both khaki in color), a luggage, and a passport were stolen. The bags, in particular, hold significant sentimental value to me, and I would greatly appreciate any help in locating them.   Moving house in a few weeks and need any moving boxes plus packaging materials - paper, bubble wrap, etc. will collect asap, available most days cheers andy
