We are renting our gorgeous 2.5 bed flat for 1 year, furnished, from October 2018-October 2019. There is one big bedroom, one great study room or workshop (can also be a good sized bedroom) and one small bedroom, which we use as a spare. It has a large garden with a productive vegetable patch and two lovely cats.

It is in a great location, less than a mile to Honor Oak Park station and Peckham Rye station, a 20 minute walk to Lordship Lane and 5 minute walk to Peckham Rye park.

Rent negotiable, but approx ?1700/month

  AHH it's been a really difficult season for growing trees, there is bound to be a shortage. Too much rain, too much snow, too cold, too warm, too dry. That will explain the high costs. Well that is what they say every year. They are already out in car parks and the like. Local schools do them as well. We will get our Lidl one out in a couple of weeks or so from the garden. Remember a 🎄 is not just for Christmas
