Damage to cars parked on Chesterfield grove

Got to my car this morning to find that it's once again been damaged whilst parked on Chesterfield grove. Is anyone else having the same problem with parking on this street?

Bad scratches and scrapes to boot and front and back bumpers without the courtesy to leave a note. Need to find somewhere else to keep my car I think.
