Looking for - 2/3 bedroom flat/house with garden

My family and I (2 adults and 3 kids) are looking for a 4-6 month let in East Dulwich/Herne Hill. Ideally from start of July until November, while our house in redeveloped. We can pay cash up front with deposit. Would need to have a garden for our cat, so must be pet friendly.

Hi Matt,

I am looking to rent my 2 bed garden flat out in forest hill off Sydenham Park Road, 8 mins walk to forest hill station. It has one king bed and one double room so not sure that would work for you. I am looking for a minimum of 4 month stay and can be flexible to 6 months or more. It has a lovely private garden and huge shared garden.
