To Rent - Perfect one bed flat for couple. Could also easily be two bed

We're looking to move out of our rented flat early as have recently bought.

We've been using it for 18-months as a one bed and we've loved it, but there's room enough for it to accommodate two single people (That's how it was used before we moved in).

It's ?1350 PCM with an independent landlady who is really nice and responsive. Ideal move-in date would be early July.
