Mattress Removal

Any ideas on the cost of removing a large double mattress, (about 50Kg) from third floor flat (No Lift)and disposal of it. I am aware that the council will collect and dispose of, but the problem is getting it from the third floor to the front garden, where the council will collect it from. Any comments ideas greatly appreciated.
