We?re going traveling for a few months and would like to let our house to a local family while we are away. The house is located by Mayow Park (Forest Hill/Sydenham) and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

We?d like to let it for the full 4.5 months or from 1st October until mid December.
