If anybody is looking to sell their property in the East Dulwich area, please try using Urban Village. They are really good, friendly, very engaged throughout the whole sales process (I was selling my property) and very professional.

Truly, they are a very friendly and fantastic team. I had been on the market for a year, with no luck, when I started noticing similar properties listed and sold within a reasonable time on Right Move by Urban village (I had not known about then prior to seeing these properties been sold on Right Move), but I decided to go with them because of the number of similar properties listed and sold by them in the area, also the time between the listing and the properties been sold was very short, this was my main attraction to them, which proved true in the sell of my own property.

I met with Julie, then Ted and finally with Suzanne. Suzanne was very instrumentally in getting the sale to completion, I must give her credit, for her excellent work. She is truly fantastic, responding to all my calls and addressing all my issues and concerns promptly, also liaising with both sides during challenging issues to get the sale to completion. Hence, the reason, I can recommend them due to my personal experience.

    • I don't mind getting the ball rolling, but there would have to be more organisers than just me 🤣 I've got more than enough to do already. Also as I often don't recognise faces or remember names, I wouldn't be an ideal person (though in the old days, we had labels with our forum names on, if memory serves)  Sorry admin, I've gone well off topic.
    • There was a brief discussion on the Lounge about the good old days of the Forum and the drinks where people with differing views seemed to get on fine with each other.  Can't find it or I would give you the link @Earl Aelfheah or @Sephiroth I think one of you had said something along these lines.  Yes go for it Sue!
    • Great idea! Yes, I think the SE22 curry club died a death. The restaurants were all much of a muchness at the time anyway, apart from Ganapati. Nyge and I were also recently  discussing whether people would be interested if we restarted  the Forum Drinks. They used to be fun, but I think the main organiser moved out of the area, as did some others,  and nobody else was very keen on taking it on.  Unless they are still happening covertly 🤣 If memory serves they were monthly, and in a different pub each time. It was good to be able to meet people in real life who post on the forum. I might start a separate thread at some point to see if anyone would be interested.
