Need fast recommendation!: local packer/mover

A friend needs - very quickly - a personal recommendation for a local packer and mover.

Must be reliable and reasonable.

Move within SE London - not far.

A few items of furniture, quite a lot of books.

This packer will need to supply some boxes.
