SPRING DAY RETREAT @ The Honor Oak Wellness Rooms | Monday 28th May

Recommended Posts

Yoga | Mindfulness Meditation | Great Food | Acupuncture | Fermentation Workshop

Join us here at The Honor Oak Wellness Rooms on Monday 28th May for a creative, nourishing, restorative and laid-back day retreat.

The day will begin with a joyful and invigorating flow yoga class in our light-filled loft studio with Emma-Jane Bunn, helping to prepare the body to move into an extended meditation and breath-work practice (pranayama).

Lunch will be a delightful and nourishing 2 courses provided by Natural Chef Nena Foster, and if the weather holds out we'll eat on our secret roof terrace!

The afternoon will include a Meditation practice (including optional Acupuncture treatments) and an in-depth and creative fermentation workshop, and the day will conclude with a deeply relaxing restorative yoga practice.

Take home some fermented goodies of your own creation, a goodie bag filled with treats - sponsorship by local businesses Nauteas, Maison Moth, Rock My Bowl & Alkalize Me - and a chilled vibe that will last you all week!

Head back to work on the Tuesday feeling nourished, relaxed, re-balanced; and all without leaving South East London.

** Special Price ** ?75 when using the code "stepintospring" at booking.

    • I’d also like to reiterate the above. I called Paul after seeing the recommendation here. He came the next day. Found a fix for a problem with the wiring for my fridge/freezer. He was quick to respond, totally constructive and very reasonably priced. Paul will now be my go to electrician and I’d be happy to recommend him. Kate (Paul Edgley 07802 627967)
    • Please get in touch, I have your belongings.
    • We left behind a Brickhouse fabric tote bag (white, black handles) with a sketchbook and pastels/markers/ brushes at Perks & White at Herne Hill station yesterday at about 8.45am. Sadly it has not been handed in to the Cafe or station staff. The drawings and sketches are a collection we have built over a long period so of huge sentimental value. If anyone comes across this would be grateful if they could let me me know. A photo of the sketchbook and bag behind attached (just before I realised I had left it behind) Many thanks!
    • I was under the impression that a local councillor lives in that street. Presumably then, the council are already aware.
