A stupid question about defrosting meat..

I bought some fresh pork mince a few days ago, made meatballs (uncooked) and froze them. I defrosted them today but we have now decided to go out for dinner.

My question is, if I now cook the meatballs can I freeze them again (as they will have been cooked through)?

Silly question, but with a baby son and an elderly father I don't want to take any chances...

Yes you can - you'll be fine.

As long as you cook them before refreezing that's fine.
