Hi All, appreciate this is done to death so apologies in advance.

My daughter has asked for a disco party for her 7th birthday in June. I got a recommendation from The Little Disco Co for DJ Trev, but lost the booking while tying up a venue.

Does anyone know of another DJ/ Entertainer who can combine some tunes and games for a bunch of 7 year olds for a couple of hours?

Many thanks, grateful for any feedback!

Hi Audrey,

This might be a little too late, but we run radio/DJ parties for children where the kids actually DJ themselves. Would this be something your daughter might be interested in? We give a crash course for whoever wants to get behind the decks and the kids can rotate/we take over if they would prefer to dance. We also play games such as 'sounds like', Guess who, dance competitions etc. Our set up is a little different to typical DJs but our main emphasis is giving the children ownership of the event!

Do let us know if this is something you might like to explore further! :)

All the best,

Zoe & Leon

    • I have been training with Natalie for two and a half years.  I started when I finished my treatment for a serious health condition.  It has been transformational and I am now addicted to lifting weights.  Who would have thought that I would have discovered strength training in my 50s? Certainly not any of my friends.  If you are feeling a bit meh and your get up and go has gone,  I can highly recommend coming to the hub and Natalie in particular (although all the trainers are very good).  She is strict on good form but gently encouraging.  I love coming to the hub (even when it is cold and wet and the programme is challenging aka very difficult).  And unlike most gyms, it is not at all intimidating. To be recommended.
