I have a double room with own private bathroom to rent from now until end-August. The room is in my three bedroom house with garden, large eat in kitchen and sitting room on a nice road just off Bellenden Road in Peckham Rye. I have a very friendly cat. If needed, there is also a single bedroom available. The cost is ?700pcm (?900pcm for both rooms), inclusive of all bills and a weekly cleaner.   AHH it's been a really difficult season for growing trees, there is bound to be a shortage. Too much rain, too much snow, too cold, too warm, too dry. That will explain the high costs. Well that is what they say every year. They are already out in car parks and the like. Local schools do them as well. We will get our Lidl one out in a couple of weeks or so from the garden. Remember a 🎄 is not just for Christmas
