product (1) Crap (MIT) machination.

Product (2) I cannot believe we are selling our clients this crap.

Product (3) Call the lawyers, I need to cover my ass here.

Absolutely, charting has been used for over an hundred and thirty years to make trading decisions.

Charles Dow

BTW, Frankito, bankers have been selling crap products to each other for a long time. A key reason for the credit crisis.

(I had retired from posting in this thread, but I cannot let this one pass)

Iamhere,

In 11 pages of posting, where *many* various people - including myself - have posted some pretty forthright comments which involved "fun, ridicule or rudeness", as you put it, you have singled out me (last post: page six) for your attack.

And yet you profess to preach peace. You have a very strange way of doing it.

UDT, instead of nit-picking, do enlighten us with your four years of market wisdom and no need to treat me like a naughty child, this one won't be going to the naughty corner any time soon.

Loz, she came here in peace but has already managed to throw quite a lot of toys out of her pram already, it's verging on hysteria, I love a good party!

I have long suspected that what you know isn't worth hearing. Now it seems you are throwing in the towel due to lack of sustainable arguments.

I do not know what MIT is but in the scheme of things it means jack shite.

BTW, it's 19 years market experience if you bothered to read my previous posts properly.

To Help.

MIT = Massachusetts Institute of Technology, most if not all traders use these boys to dream up crap financial vehicles, like CDO & CDS, tin cans without proper labels, when you get to open them, you find toxic waste inside.

Frankito,

You really need to take a look in the mirror - you are behaving like a naughty school child so expect to be tr.......

I think you are almost beyond allowing yourself to listen and take note here - scary to think that you're managing people and money? Or are you so small to be simply playing around here and having some school child fun with us?! You do speak as if we're your playthings - its discusting!

iamhere

Frankie,

Yep - just looked at iamhere's past posting history to see if we had crossed swords before (which would help to explain why he/she homed in on me) and yes, it was back early last year when iamhere posted a mysterious 'complaint' about James Barber, which included the telling single line post "Because he is LIBDEM - fact.", before suddenly disappearing back into the ether.

So, iamhere probably knows as much about peace as I know about ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics. As can be noted in their last post.

Anyway, retiring again to sit back and watch this thread eat itself.

Hilarious, ironic even, seeing as I have asked you on more than one occasion to divulge or 'impart' as you put it, some of that vast knowledge you have accumulated since watching Bloomberg since June 2007. 19 years of what exactly...? Go on, stop speaking in riddles and start imbuing us with your knowledge. Your strategy for debate is somewhat juvenile.

And as for throwing in the towel, I didn't know this was a boxing match; obviously not how I see but how you do which speaks volumes... Personally, I love a challenge so game on my friend... >:D Frankito Wrote:

Why do you want to bore us to death as you put it by telling us what you do for a living - Frank Myles ?AVP - Manager: Cash Equity Trade Support at Merrill Lynch

"2009 bonus payout - Merrill Lynch.

Merrill Lynch arranged for payment of billions in bonuses in what appeared to be "special timing". These bonuses totaling $3.6 billion were one-third of the money they received from the feds' TARP bailout. In addition, the timing of these bonuses angered many American people because they were authorized before the bank was to be acquired by Bank of America. It is now a foregone conclusion that without the rescue by BOA, Merrill would have collapsed.[citation needed] In 2008, Merrill lost billions yet still paid out 3.6 billion in bonuses"

What do you have to say about this with you knowledge close to hand?

Exposed again....! Your Google skills are impressive. Don't you think you have gone just a teeny bit too personal there?

On a lighter note, yes, nail me to the cross please for I have sinned... I don't run the bank dear, I simply work there :)-D

WOW - from requesting others to exercise humility to this. Now I see why you were away for so long.

iamhereseething.

peace my arse.

Actually you mentioned it @ 7.57pm.

As you are a back office staff then I guess you really don't know any better. Pretending that you know more and then telling others they need to do further research is fraud.

You have been exposed.

Sorry the 7:57 was me Nexus.

I was replying to Frankito

Maxxi

Have you seen with your own eyes that Frankito does not respond to niceness, kindness or the like. How would you suggest this is dealt with?

Really, come on - share? this kind of smugness etc etc etc is like dealing with a brick wall - and what is your point in this at this stage - to spread wisdom about commpassion?

There's a big trap that can be fallen into for all of us...I am very happy to show courteousnes and show respect

I do here. Thanks for your posting. A reminder not to get drawn into bad behaviour.

Thanks.

You are hilarious, bless.... Wherever Little Miss Marple got her information from it is actually out of date as I left that role in March 2010 (why am I telling you this; if nothing else to shut you up). I am Middle Office dear and have been for some time, including my time managing Trade Support, itself a MO function... All very personal but hey, I have nothing to hide and this obsession you have with exposing me is kind of endearing considering I have never met you and probably would never have any reason to.. *stalker alert*

What's wrong with Back Office anyway...? A perfectly decent area to work in.

Pray tell us where you have landed from oh mighty one... Or will you avoid answering that too? Cup of tea perhaps?

Courtesy and respect? You have a hidden agenda and I suspect you are not alone.

You don't recognise humour, irony or self-mockery (witness your off-piste post in the "Shock Horror - Recession hits ED!" thread that ended up dealing with cup cakes). There are many like you; wanting us all to experience what you see as "a wake up call" to gain "perspective"...

really?

Just imagine there are thousands like him working in the financial industry. No wonder this country has been ruined.
