Hello,


Me and my girlfriend are after a studio or small 1 bed flat for around 6 months in the SE22/23 kind of area.


We're in the process of buying a property outside of London and just want somewhere as a base for the interim period that's more affordable than our current flat.


We would also definitely consider self contained annexes, garden rooms, converted lofts. Ideally we'd be looking to pay less than ?900 including bills.

      Great work from Aria - he replaced a shower for me. He was prompt to reply to me and communicated well to make sure i was happy with what he planned to do. His work was good and he was able to do the job in a good time scale.

      I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to kindly ask for your assistance regarding a car break-in that occurred today, around 2 PM, on Carson Road. A couple of bags (both khaki in color), a luggage, and a passport were stolen. The bags, in particular, hold significant sentimental value to me, and I would greatly appreciate any help in locating them. I am due to take a long-haul flight in two days, and any information regarding the whereabouts of these items would be incredibly helpful.       Moving house in a few weeks and need any moving boxes plus packaging materials - paper, bubble wrap, etc. will collect asap, available most days cheers andy
